Lost Oracle dailies item

I have lost or accidentally deleted the Oracle dailies item - Lafoo's Bug Bag and am unable to obtain one from the NPC that usually replaces it. Is there another way I can get another item so I can finish my dailies?

It's hard to say this but ..... go in cave and get starter's quest for that reputation again... it will reset your current rep to 1of 12k

Thanks, but I've done that and it's still not shown any quests to redo them nor have a received another Lafoo's Bag :/ Its just gone from exalted back to Honored.
