Technical Account Lost

i was just exploring northrend when the game accedently crashed. Then when i tried to log in again it said "you have been disconnected from the server", and when i tried to log into my account at warmane.com it said "account name or password is uncorrect" i tied to retrieve the account but it said "that account no longer exists".
Please help all my characters from Wotlk Cata and Mop are in it.
