Logging at Website with old Molten account?

Hello,

I just returned to the game today with my old molten account. I'm able to log ingame and have my characters in it(which i created after 'the second wipe', but just prior 'the merge'). But i can't enter the web site with it - it says there is no such account, also it doesn't recognize the email(thus i created this one to write in the forum). Is there any way i can transfer/merge/activate it?

I'll appreciate any help on this matter.

And since i don't want to paste account information(to get any dev help): one of my characters is Eion - dwarf shammy on Neltharion server.

Contact [email protected] and explain that you can successfully enter with your Account in-game but not on website
