I log in game and play with my character but I get no points,

If I click on "collect points" in my account, system tells me "you do not have any points to collect".

What can I do?

You need to have 1000 achievement points on at least 1 character on that account to be able to collect the points.

you do not, you need 1000 unique achievement points across all your characters, doesn't matter if that means 50 achiev points per char across 20 chars or 1k on one char
