Lordaeron Mining 302-375

How do I get mining from 302 to 375.

I only found 3 fel iron nodes between level 60 and 70.

Is it possible to mine some elementals?

300-315... Keep looking for Fel Iron or run Steamvaults which has about 6 Fel Iron Nodes in there.
315-350ish... At 315 you can mine the large elite rock elementals in northwest Hellfire Peninsula.
350+... Find Adamantite in Nagrand and also Rock Elementals to mine.

i did it till about 320 by mining thorium in Ungoro, than continued with few fel iron veins, but most likely giants till 350 and finished it with adamantite and giants in Nagrand.
