Stolen Banned account

I stopped played on Account Hafikjura, after like 5 months i tryed log in , it say i have bad Password, so i checked my email and scroll down. i see someone from Serbia Changed my password .So in first thing i do i Make ticket from another account. Gm told me he retreived and i get new pass. When i log in Website it told me im Banned for Account Trading ? I cant believe that . Someone who stole my acc try to sell , or change or idk what he want to do with my account , but i have Ban . I try to make Ban appeal and explains what happened. But Smyth answer my ticket : Warmane Staff decido to dont lift up ban at this time. I cant understand that , someone who stole my acc, try to sell it. So it get banned. But now i have banned account form things who do someone else then me . Gms , could take care better about Loyal players, especially , who come back after this Molten Erase .... R.I.P Hafikjura

You have your answer already. Posting on the Forums isn't going to change it.
You aren't banned, but the account that broke one of our most important rules is. The fact you claim it wasn't you doesn't erases that fact, nor the one that you're responsible for everything that happen on that account, including what happens out of omission.
