LK: Cant enter HoR after faction change

So I faction changed from horde to alliance. As horde i already had the fos pos -> hor quest chain. I was able to enter HoR.
After the faction change, the fos pos quest reseted so i couldnt even enter PoS. But i did the chain again and all good so far.
Then when i attempted to deliver "Deliverance from the Pit" it sort of half completed itself and half told me "you do not meet the requirements".
So now my alliance toon is stuck in having the "Wrath of the Lich King" Quest where im asked to find Jaina Proudmore inside HoR but i cant enter HoR because i dont have the Deliverance from the Pit quest.
Any known solution to this?

Best solutions I can come up with:

#1: Delete Cache folder (seems simple enough but it may very well fix your issue).
#2: Ask a GameMaster (either here on the Forums or in-game).
#3: Wait for the Lordaeron core to be applied to Ragnaros and Deathwing.
or
#4: You're out of luck and may have to faction change back.

It's a known bug. You have to make support ticket in game. A GM will fix it and you will be able to take next quest.
