So I am currently lvl 18 with druid horde. And now i dont know where to learn new spells? Can someone tell me what to do, is there some quest or what?

You need to visit your class trainer to learn new spells (and pay some money). There is one in Thunder Bluff for sure (I don't play horde much, so I don't know about others...). You should also do lvl 10 quest to learn "bear form". Somewhere during those levels (10-20 I think) you will be able to get a new spell "teleport:moonglade" that will bring you to a "druid village". So you dont have to travel much to get spells (just teleport to moonglade, go to trainer, and use your HS).
