PRetty sure EVERYONE did that and no one got banned... However some might have grinded mobs that have low hp and not suppose to get exp (trolls in Grizzly as a example which was fixed)

Are NPC giving exp in The Avalanche @Sholazar Basin on Lordaeron?
These NPCs were bugged on other servers as I remember, large possibility they are bugged on Lordaeron too, as good aoe farmer you can get from like 75-78 very fast.

Well in theory a good AoE farmer should level up faster by killing mobs then doing Quests. You get max 20k Exp on a Quest, while mobs give around 800+ exp that are your level. So if you go kill 72-73 level mobs, you'll get like 1200 Exp maybe. 15-20 mobs = 1 Quest. I've done 82 Quests in Borean and got 71 lvl with 50k Exp. Which took me a lot, because of slow object spawning.

Also Noobpunisher was the first one to hit 71, when I heard that I was around 65% of 71. However I'm also leveling with a friend, we lost a lot of time on looting objects (slow respawn) etc. IDK what exactly you think they're exploiting, but to me it seems quite reasonable.

Depends really your approach since some mobs have had 1-2k hp which paladins can just aoe down in a few sec with divine storm/consce so.... Besides you have to count out all the travel time, dieing, waiting for respawn etc... Which AOE farmers don't have. Altho he has an advantage to being first to the zone (therefor he can get the best spots before anyone else)

They prob farmed orange/red mobs which does gave exp or green/yellow mobs with low exp OR just mobs which shouldn't give exp at all.. Who knows really... It's some fishy methods at least that i can tell..

The mods have already stated in game that they are monitoring all the high level players and none of them are cheating.

Yes I encountered this bug during a quest in Borean.

I've noticed certain lower levels in zones farming the buged exp from 2000 health mobs.

There were some people doing that, reported names to Mods as well to check them up. I wont mention those names here as per forums policy. But funny thing, none of them levelled much fast today. So i guess the exploit got fixed.

So what? Guildes probably was helping him with leveling. I suppose that is allowed that someone help you to get realm first. after all its MMORPG
