Donated 12 days ago, still no coins

Paid $20 for 20 coins on the 27th of November through paymentwall via interac online, got no confirmation of my payment or anything, but was still charged money.

yo the problem with that is, I cant create a ticket, the only option it shows for me when I try to is "ban appeal".
