Technical Problem with Quest: Identify Plants Parts (Cenarion Expedition)

Hello:

My name is Luis, I live in Peru and I am a lawyer that usually play Wow in my free time.
In this oportunity I started this game 1 or 2 week ago with my friend and my little sister. Also, this is the 2nd time that I used the forums, but I write this because I have a little problem with 1 quest in my account in one part of the map.

I always done all the quest in Cenarion Expedition because I usually buy the Hypogriph (mount with reputation in Exalted) and in this oportunity I finished the 1st quest of Identify Plants Parts but the next one that you can do so many times to increase your reputation and reach the highest reputation in that place it's not appear for me, but that quest appear for others players like my little sister.

I only want to do that type of quest to reach the reputation I need to have my mount(Hypo). I really aprecciate if you write to me and could have the oportunnity of doing that quest that not appear for me.

I finished the 1st quest of Identify Plants Parts but the next one that you can do so many times to increase your reputation and reach the highest reputation in that place it's not appear for me

and what is the name of this "second quest" that you can do so many times you want?

It is not retail, so be prepared that some quests will be bugged or missing. Also try to check NPC after server crash or restart, sometimes it helps with missing quests. Anyway Cenarion expedition have enough normal quests to get exalted without grinding plants.
