Pandaria I have a really big problem need fast fix!

When i open wow.exe the icon i get this crash error http://prntscr.com/9edhgu and this http://prntscr.com/9edhly,but the thing is i cann only open it on this icon http://prntscr.com/9edhs7 wow_wod_models but when i play for some time i get the dmg reduced bug or sotmhing prof http://prntscr.com/9edu3l .

My in game name : Newleafboi
Server pandaria 5.4.2 frostwolf

First off i didnt install the game i think its a private server when u download all the 27gigs u cann play it and its not need for a install,if u need i dont see the setup icon.I noticed that im missing the enUS file idk if that is common or i neeed it http://prntscr.com/9edoi5 cuz my download was fullhttp://prntscr.com/9edp8v maybe you guys didnt incould it.
I'ts problem is this file http://prntscr.com/9edra8 where i get the error deleting it wont work.

1) " Mist of Pandaria" = MoP with WoD models. To run the game you need to use WoW_WoD_models.exe
2) " Mist of Pandaria (old)"= MoP standard, you need to run the game with WoW.exe as usual.
You DON'T need to install anything and since you get the first version it is "ok" that you have to use WoW_WoD_models.exe to play.
The "bug" about damage reduction does not matter with the Client you are using and I guess it is not even a bug.
However if you do not beleive me you can alwasy delete your MoP client a try to download "Mist of Pandaria (old)"

Ok sir that means that wow_wod_models is supposdet to be played i will stick to it thanks and the dmg reduction bug is from a spell storm,eearth,fire when i cast it i get dmg reduction but i dont get a clone as a monk that deals dmg.
