So I asked a lot of ppl about it and everyone told me it's not working but recently i saw a person with the achiev so i went to Vashj'ir to find it. After days of farming it, I couldnt find it. Can anyone confirm it spawns there? One of the forum threads mentioned that it spawns in Thousand Needles.

think there's some phasing issues with it... as in it's visible in one zone but when it swims into another it's not visible to players anymore, making it hard to camp
