Cataclysm Shadow Priest Bugged

Hi

It's not only me that have this problem pretty much everyone that is a shadow priest in cata 4.3.4 has seen his/her damage being reduced after the wipe.
I'm just wondering if it is for sure a bug and if it is something being done.

nothing changed for me

A guy from my guild did around 30k dps with shadow, now he doesn't even reach 26k. But if it's not bugged then alright
