Market place Trade questrion

Hi, ive done a bit of a search but cant really find the right answer on this. I've got a few coins id like to spend on some Boe epics in the trade tab however I have no idea how this works! once I click buy/send does the item suddenly appear in my mailbox? Also I see it says 'long' 'short' , I'm guessing that's how long it may take to get the item? but how long are these times? Do you have to be present to trade ingame or do they just send it to your box.
And is there some policy on how long it takes to get an item with this method and what happens if we don't receive it etc.

The time as you stated 'Long and Short' is the duration of the said item in the Trade section, it has nothing to do with the time of arrival.
When you purchache an item from the Trade section it's like buying it from the regular shop, you just click 'agree' and you'll have it in your mailbox mostly instantly, but sometimes it takes a bit more than 5 minutes. However there's no support for the Trade section, so if the item doesn't arrive in let's say 1-2 hours it's gone and your coins won't be refunded.

cool ok well that's good, I'm going to assume its reliable if there's no refunds, il give this a go tomorrow.
