which class has the fastest most easiest leveling 1-80?

i want to aoe down mobs fast as possible, and not die doing so.

i already have a guide ill use to leveling,

Hunter has the least amount of downtime, for AoE you can go with a Paladin or Mage.

Ret paladin fits the bill perfectly. You have early access to some extremely potent AoE abilities (specifically consecration and Seal of Command), and between your self-healing abilities and mana-regen talents that you pick up soon down the road, downtime is extremely minimal.

The first level 60, 70, and 80 players on Lordaeron were all Retribution Paladins. As were several of the people who hit those levels very shortly after.
