Technical Constant Disconnects

I am currently playing on the Ragnaros server and I am constantly getting disconnected from the server (5x or more an hour). I am playing from North America and my internet connection does not seem to be the issue as nothing else gets interrupted and the realm stays unreachable for a few minutes (the realm name in the server list turns red) and eventually turns green again and I can connect. I also believe it is on the server's end since I get rolled back to a previous state from a minute or two ago. I have also tried turning off my firewall and anti-virus.

I just started back, but I never had this issue when it was Molten WoW. Is anyone else having this issue?

Edit: I just got disconnected again after posting this. I can't connect Ragnaros (red server name), but I can connect to any of the other realms.

Having same issue but for me this started today at 16:15 server time, repeats every 30-45 minutes sometimes more often. I am from Europe playing for about month or so did not have this issue till today.
