Increase respawn/quest item spawner by 100%???

If there is a fix and so many people are struggleing, why not apply it? or at least give us an ETA

I will use this thread to ask: is there any particular way to get a drop red/green Winter hat like to go in dungeons or to fight certain mobs ? because so far i haven't got any of the christmas gear, and is Mine sweeper achievement working has anyone tried it ?

Theyre just random world drops, i've had 4 hats drop for me so far. Guess you just gotta be lucky.

Either the fix isn't live or the fix is live and it didn't fix anything.
All the loot Quests are still very slow and annoying, maybe they fixed mobs to respawn faster, but all the loot quests are still broken.
