So what I got from all of that is that I don't have enough memory to run a certain something and that's why I crashed?

I keep getting the same problem, mostly in Dalaran or while flying. It's really starting to bother me.

So far I've been having better luck by lowering my view distance. I had it at full. I lowered it to half. I'll let you know again in 48 hours if I didn't crash.

you will be ok, but shut down the "anti-virus" programs, lower the graphic settings and disable sounds, from pregame menu!

If it's wotlk client with WoD char models then it's running out of available memory in Dalaran. You can use this to increase RAM available to it.
