Items not available even though I have earned enough honor points this season.

The items that require 7250 honor points for the season are not available to me even though I have earned more than 7250 honor points. Do I need to submit a trouble ticket to have this corrected or is there something I can do to correct this?

by unavailable do you mean that the the icon is red? if so you still can purchase it. same happened to me with the elite gear it was red even though i met the requirements but once i clicked i could buy the item.

I tried buying it even though the icon is red and I says you do not have the required rank to purchase this item. The weapon is the only thing I am waiting on, I've bought everything else. Any ideas on what would cause this?

There was recently a new season and the points you had earned reset. Are you sure you got the points for THIS season?
