Technical Account stolen

So as the title says my account got stolen I dont know why but someone changed my email adress and password and I cant login (logically).I've got the email that my email has been changed and i have the email from that guy that changed it at first but what is the problem he changed the email once again or gave it to some friend as my friend asked that guy playing on my acc in game.If any gamemaster or someone could help me i worked really hard for that acc and i have alot of stuff on it and years of work.

Some guy (Bulgaria / Plovdiv) tried to reset passwords of all my accounts on 19 dec. this is not first and wont be last time, its like 7th try of main account if not even more.
Molten should do some filters to can password reset only from account owner's IP range, cos dynamic members, not from everyone, and to can try reset it once per month outside this ip range.

One of my friends has had his account hacked as well. Hacker seems to have changed the email address as well.

There's sadly few methods to avoid these situations other than ensuring 2-step authentication is activated.

Open a ticket and make sure to copy/paste the email that was sent to you when the email address was changed. I hope staff can help.

Looks like it is not stolen but you shared loads of your info with loads of random people.

Things tend to get stolen if you leave your doors unlocked, your own fault this. Get over it.
