I have a question though. Let's say both you and me play 70s, which is the "better skill" bracket. Let's say we are similar skill. What if we BOTH move to 79?
Isn't this the same thing? Two equal players playing on same level?
Also at 70 or 60, what if i have BIS raid gear, and another 70 or 60 doesn't have raid gear...how is that fair?
Isn't taht the same thing at 79 vs 70 is unfair?

It more applies to casters 60/70 against 69/79. They need a lot of hit to hit anything even 5 levels higher. I've seen full u geared twinks both 60 and 70 get owned by non twinks at the same level. 69 and 79 twinks are usually known for people who lost a lot on the other bracket and believe that 8-9 levels higher is better.
There will always be 60/70 twinks and there will also be the considered "the *******s" for going 9 levels higher. It is actually now a part of Lolten.
