I have question for the staff

I have this account from very long time i am playing here around 4 or 5 years.Ive got 8 heros 85lv with a lot of achiv and a lot of items, and i just stop playing after the problem with the deleted accounts and heros, but now i am back again and its really hard for playing, i am just dont happy to play everything from the start i dont have nothing just i used my coins to level up 4 of my heroes to 85 lv. I just want to know is there any possible way to restore my items at least in my both main characters i had a really good mage ilevel 403 and druid healer 391 ilevel thats what i want i can donate for 1 item but for all set + weap + off set its just impossible, i know the right items for my heroes i and i rly want to start playing here again and i hope you guys can help me to coninue play here.But like this i dont have time to do this again from the beggining.

there is no way you can restore anything from the past because the old database was stolen, after Moltdown staff gave to new Accounts 5 instant max level character and some coins. That is it.

I use my all coins to level up 5 heros and i am playing here from when lich king started all this progres all this items mounts gold achiv and everything else. Its not about the items that i want its about the progress and those years that iv played here and i am still loyal to this server but maybe this will gona change i just need a little help from the staff for 5 min they can give my items i know the right names of the items i know everything about my both main characters i dont want 1 milion dolars this is something little from theyr side to continue my playing here i think i deserve it for 5 years playing here i can donate right now at this moment but its not the right thing if i am new okay but i spend so much years for that account and just like that upss i dont have nothing so please someone from the staff should help me a little bit.
