Character restoration

Charaters restoration, hello Gm cant restore my characters !! My litle brother delete all my characters , he dont like that i dont give him my computer and play wow , so when i go aout off pc he delete all my character and say happy new yer :(((( Help me plase restore my character , this function not work on SERVICES , plus there no Category for it !! and all time it write too me Your ticket information contains illegal characters, try again. Help please , thank you GMs

sounds to me like your BIG brother deleted your 3x lvl 12 toons

Characters below 75 aren't restorable,otherwise, you need to pay with coins to do it

Points work for restorations too, but the same limitation applies - the character has to be within 5 levels of the expansion's cap.

this character 80 lvl, when i chuse server Lardarion i chuse coints , then Character restaration i all see is """"" Select service to proceed. """ same with points i have 35 points

Try selecting the "Free" option. For a little while after a character is deleted you can do it for free.

According to what I've been told there's a requirement of having at least one active character in the server for you to be able to access restoration.
Try creating a dummy character and then check the service list again.

Try selecting the "Free" option. For a little while after a character is deleted you can do it for free.

I didnt get how this should work yet, I have read this " Restores have a 48 hour grace period (free), visit the restore page in the account panel. " but when you select "Free" the "Character Restoriation" feature is not avaible so I still didnt get how this free period should work.

Maybe it only shows if you have a character between the required level?

Edit. Nope It did not show up after I deleted a character (level 80 on a Wotlk realm) I can still see him under Points/Coins Restoration tool tho'. So it must be looked into if it's supposed to be a limited-time free of charge option.

finnally thank you your advice works !! For character restoration must be some 1 lvl character on that Realm !! I spend 10 points for restoration ! Good lack

maybe if you try to spend Points or Coins in first 48 hours after you successfully do it you will not lost any of them, do you wanna try to spend your Points to test my theory?

It did charge me 10 points, but we do get him as he was before the deletion (someone said you get only your character back without the gear and gold which is obviously false) it was my first time using this option so ye.
In short : No free character restoration even for max level chars.
