Transmoging Tome to a Staff / Sword / etc

Can anyone explain how this is done? I asked several guys who I saw with transmoged Tome, but nobody wanted to explain how its done. I tried googling in but I did not find specific guide. Some guy told me its done with CheatEngine, but im not sure if thats allowed, also I have no idea how to do it.

Yes it's cheat engine, it's somewhat allowed, as in you probably won't get banned if you get reported but you shouldn't do it. At least don't do it to the point of not being recognizable, like hunters with staves or wars with dresses, that's a bit overdoing it. As for how,try youtube.

That's not cheat engine...
You just have to be quick with swapping the items (the trick is to place them in actionbars so you equip them instantly) and clicking the accept button
I don't think it's forbidden tho, it's just fun visual bug

I'll explain this as simple as I can (bow to staff example):

Spoiler: Show

1. equip green staff
2. open transmog npc window
3. place your fancy staff transmog into the transmog slot
4. place you bow into your 1st slot on action bar (/button 1/)
5. simultaneously press /accept/and /button 1/

won't always work, you just have to try few times

It's not allowed, we were told it is bannable now if they do not revert it back to normal.
