Character level up will ever be impletemented?

Hello fellow players!

I've been playing here since about 2010, back on Molten when Frostwolf was still WotLK. I've played on and off all these years and I'd like to start again on Lordaeron, because the server sounds really charming. However I started university in September and it consumes a lot of my time. I've also finished WotLK levelling a bazillion time, so even with all quests working it's a chore now.

I've never donated before but I would consider it because I never got to play Ulduar and I'd love to. Is there any way to jump into end game content on Lordaeron?

No, there isn't, nor are there any plans or intention of changing that.
