Pandaria Bug in Undercity

While I was trying to get to Sylvanas in Undercity, game crashed in Royal Quarter and this message showed:

Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 0023:0144852F

The instruction at "0x0144852F" referenced memory at \0x00000058"
The memory could not be "read".

Any ideas how to fix it?

no but if you download "MoP (old)" from here: https://www.warmane.com/download you will never had any problem
