    stolen account

    i have evindence for the account being stolen:
    gmail emails;skype call stories&other ****
    i can probably answer the secret question(if there is one)
    even if i dont get the account back can it get atleast get suspended/banned?

    Someone has changed my email address without my permission and i can't log in.
