What's the average latency for a US based player? I usually get 300ms and I find it unbearable to play considering my main is a rogue. Is there anyway I can drop it down?

I have an average of 250 ms here in South Africa. It's total cancer, but try this following link (WTFast):

It actually helps, dropped to 150 ms average which is considerably better! Also try the following (Leatrix):

If none of the 2 work, then I am afraid you will need to upgrade your interwebs mate :)
