Donating to avoid queues

Since the queue is 1k+ atm, I wanted to donate so I could avoid it, but reading this:
"Donations award coins and a Premium membership:
- Coins to purchase items and services within the store
- No waiting in queues on all realms, except Lordaeron
- Access to Contributor forum section"

convinced me to never do that. It's just plain ******ed.

You donate so everybody can play(meaning you have people to play with) and the people behind everything get something for their efforts.

If that is not enough for you so be it.No reason to whine about it like a little girl though,just go elsewhere and i bet they give you a nice shiny barbie doll for your subscription.

Hey man I feel the pain of waiting. Back in the day I had to wait on molten for like 3 hours to get in. But to see how warmane grows.... Its insane and I'm sure they want to keep Lordaeron as clean as possible. And a good server should never lagg or be disconnected.

I mean 10000 people on 1 server is insane and if you could donate to get rid of the queue it would be 12000... Now that's the number you need to crash a server. I understand why they do this. Maybe in the future more servers will come and the numbers will split.

Anyway try MoP someday its worth trying trust me.

My free time is very limited, so I cannot aford to wait 1-2 hours to get in. I am willing to pay in order to avoid that. I dont know why they restricted Lordaeron from that (idealistically it's a good thing tho).
Let me put it this way: not everyone will donate for that. Because kids usually dont have the money for that (we've all been there) and they have more free time at their hands to wait in the queue. Adults play less, and they are not willing to wait a lot to get in, so they pay in order to avoid that.

It's a situation where you're just out of luck. Find another realm to play on like Deathwing or Ragnaros (which will eventually be identical to Lordaeron, give or take a few thousand players) or you'll just have to wait like everyone else.

Change the hours you wanna play if you can help it, i from Est USA and around 7pm at night the que drops and is no longer a problem. If you're use to getting off work and playing, try going to bed earlier and getting up earlier and playing. If that isn't good enough, i don't know what to tell if, if you insist on playing WoTLK go play on Rag or DW and just wait for them to port Lord's core over, hopefully it shouldn't take another month or two.
