As you may know tooltips in wotlk are worthless.
They dont mention scaling and overall formula.
Where can I find exact damage formulas for wotlk spells? Dr Damage is not helping too.

What would you need to know that DrDamage doesn't answer? :o
And apart from said addon, I have no idea where you'd get them. I'm assuming OpenWoW's database doesn't have them.

You're probably best off consulting the individual spreadsheets for each class. Is there a specific class you're most curious about?
