Ignorant statement is ignorant, the Formula: Runed Adamantite Rod was recipe from a single vendor with a BUGGED respawn time. Furthermore without that formula you COULD NOT level enchanting.

Wait for a server crash then take a portal to Silvermoon/Exodar where no one goes to buy the formula. Unlike Formula: Runed Adamantite Rod, Formula: Large Prismatic Shard only benefits Blood Elves leveling enchanting. Though the formula has its uses, overall it is fine where it is.
