What happend with Q&A stream? Should started 40ish minutes ago, but nothing about it yet :/

The Q&A is taking place in-game and started up on time. There's no stream for it.
A custom channel is created and broadcasted so that people interested join it and ask questions. It should be finishing soon since there aren't much questions left.
