I've learned a couple of new things about the Warmane community reading this thread. These guys will never stop to impress me....
Warrior has 0 chance against a hunter, same goes for a good ret pala, war has 0 chance. A good ret pala will have the war to 50% hp in a few sec, long before the war has decent rage to counter, by then its already to late
In fact, there are a few builds a warrior can beat 1 vs 1. Warrior needs some support to be effective

At 930 res and 5 set wrathful I get 52k HP buffed. If your fighting a trashcan of a warrior then any class can easily kill them. If they are smart with defensives and spell reflects then you will most likely lose to the burst output of a BiS geared PvP arms. My personal strategy is this: buy tons of FAPs > run dual pve trinkets > macro FAP into charge or use it right after > reak havoc without worry of stuns/roots/slows for 30 seconds > win. Everyone wants to do one thing only when they see a arms warrior on that face, root/slow/run. Hope this helps clarify some things. A good holy paladin or average lock/shaman/disc/shadow priest are really the only things that can outlast or blow up a warrior before the dmg comes. I love hunters begging for overpower crit with deterrence. I love rogues if they don't burst hard enough off the opener. I love boomy with bad cyclones. Mages and shamans with bad cast times too.
