Good afternoon!

I'm having problems when trying to start WOW for made download site, formerly played normally however when trying to log in after a few months I came across a black screen that virtually lock my equipment and only by resetting it to play, however I thought that even could be my computer but I usually play blizzard's WOW logging into the char without any problems, so to have an idea after running the exe just the screen goes black wanting to open and then lock my equipment without ever putting the login and password. A topic already with this account?
