I would easy pay like in counter strike privates for a reserved slot, since I only come online in the evening it gets next to impossible to connect cause of 2k+ ques .... :)

That used to be the premium thing. But since now its a "closed" community and almost everyone has premium (heck i got 3 accounts on premium), there is no way to manage that amount of players.
Only thing they can do is another "premium", but I suspect with the popularity of lord, pretty much all would jump on it, unless it was like 50€ or some crazy stuff like that. Not to mention if they did so, the backlash would be infernal...
Either way, I know your pain, but not much can be done about it. Neither can they invest in new hardware since the realm is new and the hardware would need to justify years of use, which they can not calculate for at this time.
Basically... get home, put in queue, do w/e you want in the mean time. I usually study during this time, you'd be surprised how much more I studied this way, heh.

just manage it for 2 months at most, after that there wont be so long queues

I really want to believe it, but people already started to work, school... and the que is still the same or even bigger. The only possible miracle is a fix in the AFK and kick of the game system.

If you did not notice, queue pops up over EU times only. The real issue is not multiboxers but the guys afk on character selection screens.
Don't worry, there will be people leaving sooner or later if ulduar is not properly configured, so we will get slot to login easily. cheers !!!

Or they should just make use of vote points and make a 20 vote points price ,to skip a queue, cause for now they are completly useless.
20 is a high price ,so it wont happen alot but if for ex. during a raid someone got dc or other problems and is not able to be back within those 2 mins he will get an second option.

Even if you split the current pop evenly, it would be like 6k/6k, which is theoretical, most likely 2nd server would be only new people, so 1.2-2k max, but even if it was exactly 6k/6k, both can handle 10k... and the cost for another one just like it is immense.
From an economical PoV, keeping 1 realm is a lot more cost-effective, sucks for those in queue, but the solution isn't new realm, but a way to implement an afk kicking system, INCLUDING in character selection.
