5.4.8 what dose it mean???

I wanna know if we are gona need to download hole new client when they patch realm to new patch or will we be able to just log in and play as normal.
or are we gona be able to download it as we play, my current wow contains 5.4.8 data from retail server so any expert out there that knows the answer to this ?

I think just we will just need patches from 5.4.2 to 5.4.8

there will be 2 new data files added to 5.42 client on 5.48,

we can download these new data files and put them in exist directories,

and may need to get a new copy of wow.exe form warmane!

or download the whole client if you like to do so~

if your launcher's version is 5.4.8 then you're good to go.

All you have to do when the realm is upgraded to 5.4.8 is to change the Realmlist.
