WotLK isle of conquest spirit healer

Hello community,
Today i tried my first isle of conquest battleground on ragnaros as a horde player
In the game i was killed in the horde keep by an alliance player, a moment later i found myself at a alliance spirit healer who iffcourse could not revive me.
I walked back to the horde keep and could not enter it because i was a ghost, so the game was pretty much over for me.
I believe i am not the only one who faces this problem, could anyone give me some advice on what i could do best in this situation, is it a bugg in the game?

In this case you have to use "Character unstuck" via your account panel on the homepage.

The information that is given on my acount page on the website about unstuck is the following:
Unstuck teleports your character to their hearthstone location
- Unstuck also revives the character

So if i am reading this correctly, when i wind up at the wrong spirit healer and i cant revive i use unstuck and will be teleported out of
isle of conquest and the game is over for me and i get a 10 minute penalty for leaving a battleground before it is over...?

I hope there is a better way :)

by the way, do i have to log out of the game to use unstuck? or can i use it while i am in the game?

I cant remember how it was on retail, is it a bug on warmane servers?
Because it makes no sense that you are teleported to the wrong spirit healer

U can always ressurect at the spirit healer inside the base of ur own faction. It is even possible to resurrect there when the enemys are controlling ur base.

indeed Karnivool, you cant enter your own keep because the gates are closed and the little portals at the entrance of the base cant be clicked and used because you are a ghost, so their is no way to reach your body
