1. Dear Alchemist / Flask Crafter.

    Sup,

So i know we all want to make money with Flask / Potions. 2 Days ago Frostwyrm flask for example: where 1x for 50g in the AH,
    Yesterday for 39g,
    Today 30g.

Can we maybe agree that we hold the prize at 50~?

Thats just stupid to go down by with the Prize by 40% in 1 Day.
I know some people are Braindead or Bots. But atleast dont get drunk and put it for 25g in per Flask.

P.S. Sorry for my bad Englando.

    Regards.

  2. Seriously, i'd rather sell the mats, make more money. Same goes for Titanium bar. The Eternal fire sell higher than the bar itself, and it have 24 hours CD!

  3. Welcome to the world of economy. As pointed out by Radvo, supply and demand set the prices. If prices go low, it means there are (too) many flasks on the market. So here's a tip: if you think the prices are too low, don't sell and wait for the prices to rise again (usually on weekends). If most people unlearned Alchemy as you suggested, prices would skyrocket because there wouldn't be enough supply to meet the demand.

  4. I dont have any problem to sell the flask at the Weekend only, but some people just want to destroy the Economy i guess :/

  5. Can't tell if troll or just stupid...

  6. yeyeye bro who said its even worth 50 gold, u probably just enjoyed overpriced costs

  7. What specializations did you pick? Did you go straight for that one or learned something else and unlearned?

  8. There's always that one ***** undercutting everyone by 50% gold, I mean do these people not understand we all lose this way?

  9. There's always that one ***** undercutting everyone by 50% gold, I mean do these people not understand we all lose this way?
Well, whomever buys at that low price wins on it. But yeah, it's incredibly annoying when people undercut heavily for no discernible reason.

  10. But yeah, it's incredibly annoying when people undercut heavily for no discernible reason.
As opposed to how annoying it is when people want to charge ridiculously high prices because there's little competition?
Maybe to how annoying it is to see greedy people whining when that competition starts and prices are forced to go down?

This isn't ruining the economy. This is making it work, following supply and demand.

  11. There's nothing in Greed if you post normal flask for a moderat Gold (40-50g).
And then one drunken guy comes and cuts the price for 50% ?

If Alchemist doing Flask's for profit. It soon wont be like that.

Why should i make a Flask when i can sell the mats for that and make more of it?

  12. Considering the server population we can actually think of the auction house as a real world economy. You won't complain if a loaf a bread went for 50 cents to 1,5 dollars/euros, you simply won't buy.

Reverse is the same, and you are the PERFECT example why monopolies are bad, and why there must always be market competition for any product, because sometimes people like you want to bleed dry the buyer. If you think the profit margin is not high enough, then simply stop making them, soon enough people will either buy them at higher prices or meet at a price where they can afford and you can make a profit.

So if the prices did drop SO much, it means some one else is making a profit, meaning you COMPLETELY overpriced said item and now complain about percieved lost profits that were not real to begin with, just inflated.

  13. There's nothing about monopolies here.
It's just stupid to reduce a prize thats holding stable for more then 2 weeks by 50% in 2 Days.
