i sold something for 69 gold, and i am getting 54 gold for it, should the cut be so high...? this wasnt on neutral AH

The mail states the auction house cut, by your accounts thats a lot more than 5% (normal AH), so not sure what happened there, but read the mail it comes with it when you get the gold.

The cut should be 5% of the sale. 15% on Neutral AH. You also get your deposit back if your item sells.

Maybe you missed that it wasn't a buyout, but someone just payed your starting bid?
