Alright i didnt have any problems from today morning untillaround 22:00 (time on website) but suddenly ive got disconnected my network was gone for a second and again i stuck at Connected.
please let us know when u are going to fix this?
im really tired of waiting and checking it every hour
The Admin responsible for the network has been asking you people for information to try to find out what's causing this.
As far as I know, nothing at all on our side seems to explain why it's happening. It's why he asks for different information. He's trying to figure out where the problem could be when it's affecting just specific people with nothing on our end filtering you people out.

I guess the following information can help the aforementioned admin figure the problem:
1. We can access some of the realms. We are not blocked to all of them.
2. We can access every other private server with no problem.
3. This problem happened the exact same time that it was reported on site, that some realms were under DDoS attack and staff were trying to fix it.
4. My ping information to the warmane's logon address shows 0% packet loss and the latency is normal.
5. We can connect to the blocked realms if we use some programs to change our IP addresses to other countries. (ofc this will increase the the latency, and will impact the game play)
It is obvious from the above information that, unlike what you implied, the problem is not from the players' end.
Considering that I am not unfamiliar to IT myself, here is my conclusion:
The IPs from which you were being DDoSed was from Iran (the attacker could easily change his/her IP address).
In order to stop the attack, your network staff blocked the whole IP range of our country to the realms that were being targeted.
Please note again that "this is not from our (players') end".

It looks like there is a issue with Iran's ISP's upstream provider. If memory serves me correct there is some from of internet traffic filtering that goes on in Iran. Perhaps that in conjunction with some issue on the Upstream Provider is causing the issue for you all.
Can anyone from within Iran with VPN's post in regards to these issues.

As I stated in my last post, we can access all the realms using VPNs or other means in which we get a foreign IP address.
Also about the filtering in Iran, if they (Iranian government) had filtered the logon address of the warmane, we could not enter any realm at all. The filtering cannot differentiate between the different realms.

Ragnaros hardware issues have been resolved and realm is back online.
after this message on main page , we can log into Ragnaros successfully without any VPN or other similar programs . this shows that issue is not from client's side . it is a problem in servers as we told u before . pls do the same action on other servers that we have problem with them . and if u are blocking us due to last DDoS attack , at least be honest with us !
