Good evening. I am writing to because of my banned character, whose nickname is Euphoriya. He has been banned since 15.01.2016 for 7 days. If I've understood the situation correctly, it will have been unbunned by 22.01.2016. Today (21.01.2016) I've noticed the message in my account profile, that three days left untill character's unban. So, the question is, if you have increased the ban time or it is a mistake?
