What is the best dps for PvE?

You can't even rely on any old spreadsheets.
We are in T7 Gear with 3.3.5 patch Classbuffs/Nerfs.

Just look up Arcane Mage for example how much better they are compared to 3.0.8 when T7 was current Content.

Just test your stuff on this server and you will probably outperform every stupid hurbdurp my google wow guide 3.3.5 says thats best dps

PS: Dont forget that a few Talents and Spells are not 100% correct working.

The thing is "old spreadsheets" are still counting cus of this patch. Obv arcane is stronger atm cus of the patch compared to 3.0. They got buffed quite a lot and were top dps in toc. But sv vs mm with naxx gear, as you said, sv is ahead. Sv is the best specc of all! Dps scaling the best. Besides sv doesnt need good gear as much as mm does. Its a fact and as soon as my accounts get unbanned(hopefully), then i will show u!:) and @korvan i dont think u play sv to its fullest potential. :)

2 other hunters in my guild tried the same thing + dummy test, the result stays the same. I'm not saying SV is bad, only that I'm outdpsing SV hunters in a raid as MM. For me, SV respec was just a waste of time and gold.

There are almost 85% Hunters who know SV is better than MM atm and playing it, but in actual they don't really know to play survival even.
P.S. I have personally witnessed what Smille can actually do on both specs

Question is.

Do you have the right talents?
Do you have the right glyphs?
Do you know and even USE the right prio?

MM is way easier as SV cus MM uses a rota and for tank and spank bosses there are no mistakes to make anyway, while U could make mistakes as SV cus of overlapping cds. IF your ES is not at least ABOVE 33% you are for sure doing something wrong. BTW i was doing around 4k dps at HC bosses without raidbuff or any flasks etc and that with 3.3k GS (no t7 gear) so i should easily do around 5k on patchwerk fully buffed

Saw survival hunter dealing more DPS with 2.7k gs than people with 3.5k gs.

You'r skill set is the best DPS for PvP with any given class ....there is no best race or class for PvP or PvE there is only experience and time spent developing skills on a chosen class .....and I mean any class or race ..... same thing with proffesions .....

Mate you can say whatever you want, I will still do more deeps with mm than other sv hunters, so i'll stick with it.

@smille Yes, i'm using all the correct talents, glyphs etc. The fact that you outdpsed everyone else with 3.3k is irrelevant cause I'm talking about full naxx or partially naxx geared hunters (~3.7-3.9k)

dont wanna start a fight, but seeing u as SV with grimtoll and even the wrong specc and having t7 gear (which is crap btw bec of haste) and u cry about not dealing any dmg as sv. people complaining about things while they have no theorycrafting knowledge at all. and something like that is even an officer in paradox /facepalm :D
