Green items from lowlvl zones on lvl 80

I have completed almost whole questline in netherstorm to get green items for enchanting levelup, killed thousands of mobs but green/blue armor/weapons NEVER dropped. Is this a restriction for a high level players? I remember excactly that items were dropped while I leveled up in outland zones. Does this rule apply to classic locations and dungeons (I've completed blackrock spire and received items only from bosses). If this is true, what happens if I'm in party with low level guy?

Something similar happened to me in Stockades. I ran my lowbie with my level 80 5 times and the bosses didnt drop anything but cloth (tailoring cloth). NOTHING.

hagem im going to go with the idea that people have no idea what they are talking about so....Stockades bosses dont drop loot. only quest items.
If you are being ironic about it i like that :-)
