Outland Viens

I'm tired of flying and i only see 2-3 veins per zone(inside of walls :D). If this is normal it will be better increasing the number of viens... or we are required to purchase insane prices in AH for up jw/bs/eng.
Maybe with 10k ppl the current number of mines is low and need more viens per zone... or rip economy here.
