I have just done Throne of Thunder, and we droped a couple of items, we noticed that all the items had 0/4 upgrades, is it normal for it have 4 upgrades? From what I have seen from the WoWhead, atlasloot and the like all the items should only have 0/2, except for items from Siege of Ogrimmar.
