seems like shams got another nerf...
yesterday healing surge for 250-270k
and today healing surge crits 120-140k with same gear

maybe because that 260k was with pvp enable ( so you got pvp power bonus) and today you had pvp disable ( were you in a city?)

You completly didnt get what he meant. There is PVP power and PVE, both affect healing you do. So do a test in exactly same conditions.

i was all time in shrine and tested healing when update comes and i had crits 260K then i log back next day and my crits are 140k. i said that again all time i was in shrine when i was testing my heals..
