To be precise, anyone who has ever obtained anything from the Lordaeron's shop is now able to skip the queue. It's not the act of donation that makes you able to skip queue but rather obtaining something from the shop. That is what provides you the perk, not the donation itself.

In reality, you can get anything from the store and it will provide you the perk, anything quite literally.

We also want to elaborate that we are working on raising the cap as high as possible. Our development team has been analyzing performance, deeply going through logs and trying to cut down anything that causes bad performance. We would like to report the current situation to the community, which is that we've been slowly improving performance as we go and with good results so far.

This temporary queue skip feature is a temporary solution we have towards a big long-term problem that we aim to solve. Our realms are meant to be played, not for players to wait in queue. We understand your frustrations and we are genuinely working on improving whatever we can to allow more players. Currently, we've been prioritizing solving any host issues that we have as you could probably notice, we've had a bit of issues with our network in our server racks lately.

It's not a monthly payment, it's 30 days after you obtain something from the store. You can nearly run a year from a single donation. Theere's a reason why it's called temporary as well, we don't aim this to be a permanent solution. The only reason why it's like this is because we want only people from Lordaeron to be able to skip Lordaeron's queue.

We had this same talk when we were capped at 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000 and 9000. Every time, players accuse us of doing it like this for monetizing reasons and rain us with insults, disrespect and not only towards us but also other fellow players that support us whilst we're doing our best to improve performance.

Jan 26, 2016 As mentioned in your previous ticket,
Due to the nature of the Lordaeron realm, you need to make a 5+ Coin purchase within the ( not character restoration ) on a Lordaeron based character to qualify for queue skipping.

Regarding your 'old' Molten based account,
Do you recall recovering your Molten account earlier this year?

Users were required to recover their accounts ( February - September ) - the process is no longer available.

Note that, Molten characters & the data associated with them were lost ( wiped ) around February.

You could also review previous discussions surrounding the wipe via simply searching Google.

I heard about it after that
I do not want the characters you've already opened a new account
I wondered;
Can I get anything back
I read the forums, There are so many different things;
and maybe you can help your old user I thought.

Jan 27, 2016 List anything you recall surrounding your 'old' account & we'll take a look to see if you ended up recovering it last year.

Note, if you did not recover it, then you'd be out of luck as october 15th was the absolute cut off point to seek assistance regarding anything recovery related.

Coins + Points from account recovery cannot be transferred from non-recovered accounts.

Üstteki yanıtta Smyth Lordareon sırasını aşman için 5 coins ve üstü (karakter kurtarma hariç) harcama yapman gerek diyor.
O da özetle şu: En az 10 EUR'a ya 10 coins almalı ve en az 5 coins'e Lordareon'daki bir karakterine item/pet/mount almalısın.

Burada senin sorunu ben tam anlamadım "I do not want the characters you've already opened a new account" derken sana içinde karakter olan hesap mı verdiler?
Yine de Smyth kısaca bu kurtarma işinin 15 Ekim'de sona erdiğini, artık kurtarmanın mümkün olmadını söylüyor.

Zaten topluca bıraktık 6 kişiydik ama sasrmadı. Hem yüksek adam sayısı hem de donation olayının Lordaeron'a gelmesi o realmi sıradan diger realmlerden farksız kıldı artık. Deathwing'de karakterim var realmler birleşsin gelecem dostum.
