Pandaria wow64 patched.exe bug

Hi everyone... im having trouble with wow64patched.exe that is needed in new 5.4.8 patch, problem is when i start it it says its not valid win32 application,tried to download it again many times also my friend uploaded his working .exe file and when i downloaded same thing happens.Then i deleted old mop 5.4.2 client and downloaded new 5.4.8 client , now problem is when i go on wow.exe nothing happens and when i go to windows task maneger wow.exe is there but game is not on, should i download other mop 5.4.8 minimal or try something else?
