Point Shop? What happened with it?

So I've spend the last couple of weeks , carefully following when exactly I'll be able to vote , until I finally gathered 20 points (which i think it's too much) to change the race of my main character, only to find out that there's no such option available on the shop? Someone please explain what exactly is going on...

What about items? why there is only lvl 80 and above items,no Vanilla or TBC items,whats going on?

When will u put Vanilla and TBC items in point shop or better release old dungeons and raids so we can farm it :3
